This GPS tracking is cool. You can see their recent average speeds, and how fast they went during a given period of time. Very interesting capabilities.

The SPOT units they are using are great. they cost only 150 plus service ($12/month)
you set up who's email gets your communication (and track)
they have 3 buttons.
