H16 sails-Tequilla Sunrise

This is a factory set of sails for a Hobie 16 catamaran sails in the 1978 ‘Tequilla Sunrise’ Pattern.  The colors are BRIGHT and the fabric is great on both sails. The main sail bolt rope is in very good condition with no wear or repairs.    All batten pocket protectors are in good shape, but obviously are original. Might want to consider replacing the rivets at some time. There is one small repair on each bottom panel of the main repaired with adhesive dacron. Repairs are well done (see pictures)

The Jib is in ‘very nice’ shape and does have the typical wear on the batten pockets where they rub on the mast when tacking. I didn’t see any holes, cuts or tears on the pockets.  The batten pocket protectors are in good shape.

These sails were store in a conditioned space and would make a great set of “dailys” for your Hobie 16 catamaran.
