Selling my 19-foot galvanized catamaran trailer, built in 2000 by the Sach brothers in Germany.
This trailer is still in good overall condition and has a lot of life left, but it does need a few minor repairs. The main issue is one loose fender that has come detached a few times. I don’t have the ability to weld it myself, and previous attempts to weld it have not resulted in a permanent fix. The issue is visible in a photo. Please review before buying.
Trailer highlights:
- 19-foot galvanized catamaran trailer
- Mostly rust-free condition
Newer lighting system/wiring installed about 2-3 years ago
Newish heavy-duty tires - Includes all steel components from the double-stack conversion
- Includes parts needed to convert it back to the original tilt-style catamaran setup (see photo)
- About 15 years ago, the trailer was modified into an optional double-stack trailer.
All the required steel pieces are included with the sale, giving the next owner flexibility depending on their needs.
I recently purchased a much newer trailer, so this one is ready for someone who can put a little work into it and make it their own. A buyer with welding skills (especially working with galvanized steel) would be ideal.
Overall, this is a solid, hard-to-find trailer with good potential. I’d like to see it go to someone who can continue using it for many more years. Please message me with any questions. I won’t answer the “Is this item still available question.” If the ad is up, the trailer is available.
