I sold my Hobie 16 a number of years ago and now I want to pay tribute to it. I have built a backyard tiki bar and I’m looking for a torn or damaged Hobie 16 sail to use in an awning type cover. I don’t need battens and significant tears/rips aren’t an issue. Ideally, I would like to be able to see the Hobie 16 logo. If you have an old sail laying around that has tears at the batten pockets, the luff is spilling its rope, or ripped off clew plate, I would love to talk to you about it.
Tequila sunrise is preferred, but others would be acceptable. Even if it’s only a jib, that would also work (even without the logo).
