If you enjoy crystal clear water and beautiful fall foliage, then this is the place for you. Higgins Lake State Park provides a spectacular protected site for late season sailing. The Saturday night party is the annual Chili Cook-off. Bring your best pot of chili and compete for the best chili of 2013!
