Location: Austin Lake, Portage MI
Date: May 30-31 (Racing both days, dinner party Saturday, awards Sunday)
Regatta open to:
All beach catamarans. Majority of the boats will be Hobie 16’s and F-18’s. However the portsmouth fleet will include multiple different catamaran types, brands, and sizes. Nacra 5.2, Nacra 18 square, Hobie 18, F-16 are a few other likely potentials.
A fleet will also be created for the Weta tri-maran assuming that a minimum of 4 show up.
All skill levels will be accommodated. Including a “B” fleet for more novice and social sailors. This IS the place to get into racing in Michigan! You’ll sail with some of the best around AND be able to compete in a fleet of similar skilled sailors.
