Information
Boats will be launched along the south edge of Menominee Park, at the intersection of Merritt Ave. and Lake Shore Drive. Setup will be on the grass at the Southeast corner of Menominee Park. There is plenty of space for parking and trailers can be parked along Lake Shore Dr. overnight. There is a nice launch ramp (mostly sand) at the end of Merritt Ave. A sandy bottom extends far out into the lake to make for easy launch and recovery. Bath/changing rooms with showers are right at the launch site.
There is also no launch fee!
Menominee Park
Camping will again be at Hickory Oaks Campground 10 minutes (5.7 miles) away from the launch site. Our campsites within the campground are in the same area as last year. Camping fee TBD. We'll have plenty of room for tents along with bathroom/shower facilities.
