Description:
This regatta is run by the Racine Yacht Club in Racine, WI and is open to all sailboats, both mono and multihull. This regatta, although a NON-POINTS regatta, is still supported by CRAW due to the Racine Yacht Club’s continuing support of our organization. More information is available on racineyachtclub.org. There is racing on both Saturday and Sunday, generally combining standard buoy racing with some distance racing, all out on Lake Michigan.Catamaran sailors racing in the Racine Regatta are encouraged to leave their boats set up the week following the regatta, and participate in the official CRAW points regatta the following weekend, Aug. 05-06, also sailed on Lake Michigan and conducted out of the Racine Yacht Club.
