Description:
The 44th Indian Summer Regatta will be held this year on October 14-15 at Lake Waccamaw, NC.We're looking forward to a great turnout again this year! This is our annual open-invitational regatta. Hurricane Matthew forced us to cancel this event last year, so we are ready to make up for it in 2017 with some great racing and socializing!
Many classes of boats are expected to attend. We will have separate courses for monohulls and multihulls in the form of an extended windward mark for the multihulls. Classes will be determined based on registration/attendance and there will be an open fleet for both monohulls and multihulls if necessary.
Racers will be provided with a catered meal Saturday night and extra meal tickets will be available for purchase. A continental breakfast will be provided Sunday morning.
Please tell all your sailing friends about our regatta and to mark this date on their calendars. We would love to have record attendance.
