Description:
Hiram’s Haul has been happening for over 30 years and 2022 will extend that October 29th & 30th, 24 miles each day, protected flat waters Indian River Lagoon. The Space Coast catamaran sailors look forward to hosting everyone for what is always great camaraderie, great fun competition, and lots of stories to tell for years to come. The NOR is coming VERY soon. We are working directly with Hiram’s to be more involved than last year (at their request). Several teams over the last few months have expressed interest in a fun/practice sail Friday the 28th at the 1st Leg start launch site which is MIA-POW Park near Pineda. Sailors are welcome to come to MIA-POW Park early on Friday, it is a public park, scope out a prime trailer spot, practice, and have lunch or dinner at Grills Restuarant (just 10-minute walk from the launch site).
We expect a wide array of catamarans.
