How do I upload a video?

The item "Download Link" has to be the url of a video which is already on the web, you can't actually upload videos at this time. Example of what a url for a video looks like: http://www.example.com/video.mpg If it is a YouTube video, use the "Share" link or the link of the page the video is on, like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=80jOFQ1kVfs
