trac 14 traveler sheave size

My Trac14 main sheet traveler sheaves are falling apart. I can measure outer/inner sizes but not sure of exact language in catalogs. I guess 3/8"ID and 1 1/8" OD. Anybody ever replaced these? What size do I order? P/N's maybe. TIA
