H 16 Hull repairs

An H 16 I'm considering has some hull damage as can be seen from the attached photos. Would the West System epoxies be the best way to make repairs? The cracks are not all the way through the hull.

If you can pick the boat up cheap enough it would be worth a shot. That is a hight stress area but you would be amazed some of the stuff the Hobie guys repair. I would post this on the Hobie Cat forums and maybe someone can tell you how to fix it. They may have done an article on it in one of the Hotlines check here http://2010.archive.hobiecat.com/hobieclass/
I agree. Transom repairs are usually not easy but very doable. There is even a current thread on this topic on the Hobie Cat Forum.
