It appears that a previous owner added a front trampoline and maybe over loaded it, so I would want to look inside to see if there was any more damage before I considered repairing the boat. It looks like a pretty large and expensive project.
The lower picture is from a tree branch. The upper was a front tramp as you guessed. This is a 1990 model. Worth messing with for $1500 with everything else in good shape?

Fill the holes with West Epoxy mixed with high density filler (404). After sanding, apply 3 layers of 2" or 3" cloth (Jamestown Dist). Sand & fair, then another application of epoxy with 404 to really fair edges. A very easy repair. Pete
you can always lowball....and let it sit. winter is near and so is christmas, the casual buyer has the advantage here. if he had the skills to fix it he would have, otherwise he's looking at big bucks from a shop. it's under 150-200$ in materials(west system,404,glass,gelcoat,sandpaper,acetone,tape,etc.), a few afternoons of labor(8-12 hours ), some beers. this also depends on your experience/confidence with glasswork. youtube has a wealth of videos on the topic...it ain't welding!

Would this boat be a marstrom? What would it be worth in good shape? Its about 6 hours away from me, I am very willing to make the drive if its worth fixing.
I am a far better metal fabricator and just learning glass work. I did a bottom job on my h18 fixing a hole in it so I feel I can fix that hole easy enough but the cracking concerns me more. I wish it was just welding!

How much is it worth ? The tilt trailer alone is worth $1500. Out of 400 cats a Belgian sailor picked up a young rookie kid at his yacht club & finished 4th in Round Texel. Think of epoxy repair as "soft welding". The key is 2" or 3" cloth so no loose edges & minimum fairing. Pete
The boat is a Sailcraft. From the closeup pictures it looks like there could be some front tang damage and seperation in the bows. But the price is right.
I have a 91 marstorm in excellent conditon if any one is looking.
