Righting pole ????

I've been sailing a variety of cats for 50 years and have never heard of a "righting pole" Sounds like an aid to right a cat. What is it like and where can I get one or plans for one. Thanks

Been using them for 20 years. Check parts ad on this sight, have one for sale. Hook it up and practice on land first. Pete
