dark - very dark - esp on the gulf side (pinellas county)
Duke Energy is dragging it's ass

they are still "assessing" damages - i haven't heard of a single person seeing Duke ENergy actually working on the lack of power

I saw 1 guy report his power was back - but the transformer shot an arc and lit his neighbors house on fire
