Yes, happened a few years ago. I was surprised to read in Rick White's newsletter that he was complaining that Performance Cat hadn't cancelled their account with him and he had been running their ads long after they folded and stopped paying the bills. Not sure the company has an obligation to let everyone know that they are gone...
