Any suggestions for great beaches to launch-land F18 on west coast of Florida late February?

I'm planning a trip to Florida at end of February and looking for suggestions of great beaches to launch-land an F18 on the west coast of Florida. Also appreciate any suggestions for nearby campgrounds or motels.

Also welcome any suggestions between Texas and Florida.
