I'm looking to buy an H16 and I've found this one that seemed to be in great shape until I saw detailed pictures of some wear and tear that it has. I'd like to know if they are minor stuff that could easily be repaired or if I should stay away from it. Please give me your opinion!
What I like about this one is that it's a 1999 boat, not as old as others that I've seen. I have no problem spending some money getting it fixed just as long as the issues are not too bad.
I was told that the hulls have sections where the coating is worn out but the fiberglass is still strong and no fibers showing.
The asking price is $4300 but he has said he'll lower the price now that he looked under the hulls and found the issues. I think I would not pay more than $3500... What do you guys think? Does the damage to the hulls make it not worth it?
Thanks in advance!
