Cat sailing in Pensacola FL in December

I will be in Pensacola the first week of December. Are there any rental shops for cats? Is the weather conducive to sailing?

Key sailing in Pensacola and i think Juana's in Navarre may have a few rentals too

you may be a little late in the season though
