I guess that's an N and not a Z based on the direction of the seam? Which way is up? I tried rotating the image and sending it through Google's reverse image search but all it matched was hearts and valentines.

If it is rotated clockwise the N could stand for Netherlands and the background is a wooden shoe. icon_lol
