At 28 feet tall, it's 2 ft taller than a H16 mast. I can lift my mast by myself and I am 52 years old, but I wonder how much heavier is that Super Cat mast? It does appear to be a beast.

The Supercat masts all tended towards the stout end of the spectrum, with the downside being weight, and the upside being durability. Several gin pole designs you can build are shown in the Technical section of this site. I've built one for each of my bigger boats, and enjoy the security and ease of raising with them. A bit more time setting up though.
I have a Supercat 19x (similar mast) and I use a gin pole and from the trailer I set a new personal record for launch time. From car in park to sailing in 35 minutes!! My wife has no idea why this made my day and I had to gloat somewhere.
