There was a posting in the cool videos thread, videos of sailing around Cabo Frio. That's right next to Buzios. Maybe PM the poster?

I would say www.tripadvisor.com is your best bet or maybe online boat rentals like Getmyboay.com or Clickandboat.com/en. Personally, I prefer local boating agencies in the region but you can try online too.
