Mast ID

I am trying to identify a mast I bought from the classifieds. It’s 32’8” with a rotating step hinge, tapered at the top with a single spreader and anodized gold. The previous owner thought is was from a tornado, but doesn’t appear to be. Can anyone think of a boat it may have come from? It will work as a test rig for my intents but knowing what I’m working with would help.

pics of the mast base, mast and mast head would help. Anodized gold is unusual...

I found some pics of older (original) tornado masts. It appears to be one of some vintage. Here's my pics.

Couple more pics and once I got everything stripped of got a final measurement of 32'6". The mast hinge has the company in the casting of International Yacht Equipment. Also there is a latch on the front of the mast that must be to lock the mast when stepped.

My Classic Tornado mast is 30'7" from the hook to the base. The tapered top and gold does make me think it's and old Nader mast. The gold anodizing is typical of a 70's mast.

Did you measure it, or is that what length was advertised?

I don’t know how or why my above post came through as guest.

Can you expand on “Nader”?
There is a Mader Company that makes boats.

yes---the very early (from UK) tornado masts were this color.

If you've not seen this gem before....check it out:

However---32+ feet seems slightly long for a Tornado.
