First sail on a new (to me) Prindle 16 yesterday. Found that when sheeting in the jib, several inches would slip back through the cleats, so I couldn't get it tight enough. The teeth on the cam cleats are stainless, different than the all-plastic style that was on my old boat. The jib sheet is new Alpha SSR 8 mm.
Do I need new cleats, or a different jib sheet?
On a related note, does anyone have a recommendation for replacement jib blocks for the Prindle 16?
thanks
