As far as the keys are concerned. I think someone mentioned kayak tours. Well if they have established camps on some of the mangrove islands that might work. Some of the islands have litle beaches. My inlaws lived in Key West for 25 years and I've never viewd the keys as particularly beach cat friendly. Very few beaches to begin with, lots of sharp coral amd flats at low tide.
