if you got da skills, time and gear... it is a win for sure.
i was at dinner last night with a friend who was a spar builder/welder. He is currently borrowing one of my spare upper castings because his blew out just like Headhunter's did.
He wants to build a jig and make some but he doesn't have the time.. and if he did you are still talking a 6 - 10 hours to get the prototype out of the jig.... He would have to make / sell many sets to justify the time needed... and he isn't in the rudder business (anymore)[/quote]
