no you can't
the floats would need to be double the size to provide the buoyancy, which would make them too heavy for solo assembly
the demountable beam system would also need to be bigger and beefier
plus for control it would need dual rudders
think of it as a skiff with racks that doesn't dig in and flip[/quote]
