Here's my thought. Assemble the boat, sail it, and forget you ever measured the hull alignment. Put it out of your mind, never think of it again. Enjoy the boat.
If you are sailing, and you get the feeling the boat does better on one tack, don't attribute that to miss-aligned hulls. Ask someone close by to slap you the next time you mention your (30 year old?) fiberglass catamaran not being perfect. :prost:[/quote]
