Nobody likes to pay more money, but I will support the stores that are willing to have locations that stock these items. I also try to support businesses that support regattas local to me. West Marine, APS, Zhik fit this bill as well. I do not always get the best prices, but I feel is very important to support those who are supporting us. If we send all of our money to the cheapest place we can find online, Stores like West Marine, APS and Zhik close. That ends our local options and our regatta support.
I realized I have left out many businesses who support catamaran sailing, but the idea is to look at who is sponsoring your regattas or donating raffle items. They may be very different names than what I mentioned, but try to throw some business their way.[/quote]
