Here is a scammer that was just reported by multiple members who all received the identical initial contact on their ad and then the identical followup email when they responded.
In case you don't know, the ultimate goal is to "overpay" by some method (usually a very good fake cahiers check) and then get you to wire them the cash difference with some clever story.
