The 5.0 is a bit under canvassed, it comes alive with 15mph wind, 20 rocks.
If winds are lighter in your area, the 5.7 wins hands down.
Both take about the same effort to right.
One other consideration…how do you store it? Both Nacras beat my H18 hands down for raiding or lowering the sail. I store on modified Seadoo lifts, & cannot turn them to be “into the wind”.
