Where to keep a cat on long island?

I have a friend that lives in brookyln that wants to get into cat sailing. The only issue is we cannot find anywhere to keep the cat. Nassau County would be ideal. He doesn't want to trailer it. Anyone have any ideas? -

I've put out a call to my New York contact.
Hopefully he will post here or call me back. He told me about a couple of places when he moved up there, but it's foggy.

Thanks. Its tough that is a crowded area, plus you make more money with beach front condos than floating docks for some beach cats!
