I don't know if the referenced boat has been released to the general public yet, or even went into production but the F20 Carbon looks to be quite a racing machine. Pretty boat with a pretty price ($34K US). Has undertones of the Americas cup bor90. If you do a search for "Nacra F20 carbon," there is a PDF advertisement under h2o-sensations.com (or something like that) which shows the concept boat.
Pretty cool,
2010 NACRA F20 Carbon....

Be interesting to see what these things weigh in at. All carbon 20 x 10.5 feet (bigger than Tornado) and weight listed as "under 375 lbs".
I want one, but dealing with a 10 1/2 foot wide boat is a limiter, will have to leave it at the lake mast up and take my Hobie 18 to regattas.

My goodness! That thing would SCREAM in a breeze and would be worth the long beam just for the stability. My only question is, at somewhere between $28k and $34k, where are you going to find another one to race? Hope some of that technology trickles down to the more affordable boats.

Hey Damon:
Thanks for posting some pics of the boat in question. $27K is a little better and allows for a second set of racing sails :) but is still way outside my budget for "hobbies and general fun". It will be interesting to see if the interest and market can support the price. I don't envision seeing a new class around here (Milwaukee, WI) any time soon in the current economy. I would, however volunteer to crew on one (I'd assume that those that have the kind of $$ to purchase such a craft also have good taste in beer).

So lets talk shop. What do the radius daggers give you in performance? More specically in low air and shallow water!? How does that affect the complexity and strength to the dagger sleeve? Some of the cool questions in boats like these :) -

The BMW/Oracle Trimaran has those; they called them dagger foils. They appear to provide some lift. I wonder if this is a spin-off technology?

Yes; the hulls and daggers were designed after the BMW/Oracle aka BOR09 aka "Dozilla" (deed of gift, math boat on steroids). It was an amazing boat to watch but I'm not sure if the scaled down version would produce the same performance characteristics. I suspect some of the hydrodynamic properties would translate but time and lots of $$ will tell. I want one (or four as andrew points out to have a fleet).

If that is from the daggerboard design, that is some serious lift they produce. Sweet
