Looking for some ideas on aftermanrket spinnaker set up. What you have you done, got any photos you can post? Will be looking to possibly do this for Prindle 18-2.
Thanks
John

Here are a couple of examples using a Nacra 5.5 not exactly the same but the general idea is there. One uses a bag launch the other uses a end pole snuffer. Mid pole snuffer rigs are what everyone uses now.

I made my spin setup on my P19, pics can be found at:
http://www.thebeachcats.com/index.php?module=pictures&g2_itemId=72912
The design was done after studying the manuals for the N20 and the F18 (all MFG's)
Some quite good technical writeups can be found at:
http://www.hobiecat.com/support/tech/sailboat.html
Materials:
Spin pole was bought at a local aluminum supply house, 24', 1.5" .065" sidewall T61 anodized and cut to 12'6"
Hardware from West Marine, wires I made at Wast Marine, end caps and pin from Murrays.
A mid pole F18 setup would be ideal for you IMO
Good Luck -
