On the tops of the hulls about midway, the screw on caps you know........
What year did they start putting those on the boats?

1981 P16 were the first with the hatch

my p-19 has two different hulls, starboard hull(with serial#) is a 1979 model...port hull appears to be older, both have ports. port hull has a slightly different profile around deck lid.
