Found this today. Since I happen to be in Nebraska today, I am going to see the boat in person today. I can have the boat for $2000 cash.

Can you tell from the images if anything is wrong? What questions should I ask? What should I check?
I have no experience in catamarans but a lot of it with monohulls.
Thanks!
Is this Wave a good deal?

Good looking little boat. I cant tell if anything is wrrong with the boat from the pics but a few things to look for. Make sure the rudder system operates correctly. Make sure there are no obvious holes or big scratches in the hull. The wave is a rotomoulded plastic boat and is very durable. Thanks to West system Gflex epoxy you can repair the plastic boats incase of a catastrophe. Check to make sure the tramp is decent. Looks like a nice boat in the pics. Waves are very maintenance free type boats compared to a fiberglass boat. -

Sure! the more boats the better. Bring it down and we can show you how to rig it and give pointers on surf launching.
The wave is a very fun easy to use boat and im sure you would enjoy it a lot. If you decided you wanted a bigger boat you could always sell it for what you paid. Thats the beauty of $2K boats!
