Super Butters, I guess if I'm lucky, ah shucks, maybe we can hold hands as we run backwards into piers, swimmers, and other boats.
Thanks for your continued support Captain! Hope to see you and yours Saturday. Sailing's cool, mumkay.

so proud of you skipper!!! an actual woman(not creek nanny or blow up doll) this time! with a gentle north wind your precious cargo will think you are an expert sailor and overall swell guy until you get loaded and the inner drummer comes out ! if things get a little boring, you can always go backwards through a few piers to spice things up what would duran duran do?...they'd stay hungry like a wolf that's what they'd do! bon appetite!

A drummer with a P16, as a lifelong bass player I find that slightly frightening

i know right! drummers are more of a jet ski mentality...impulsive, impatient, easily distracted(boobs)...they need us bass players to steadily guide the ship...to corral there savage spirit into the melody, to tell them what time and where the gig is...stuff like that. they useually are just looking at boobs.

You guys have way to much fun! I gather from the various threads that you sail down on the coast in the Biloxi/Gulfport area. Next time the wife and I decide to contribute to that economy,(VP at Isle), I would love to look you folks up. We fly into GPT and rent a car so the boat is not an option, but I would still like to buy a round or two. Sounds like you know a good place!

your on! we haunt a few joints down there and believe me, i find the good food...it's genetic...mayby get in some boat time as well between your charitable contributions. the winds are just now starting to get out of the doledrums, october and november are my favorite...not as much lightning, water is warm, winds are steady and strong, skies are blue, and oysters are in season. hell, all you out there in radioland, the offer is out there for you too! we'll show you a real good time, guaranteed!

no problem matt, just leave your boat at the spot and i'll take it on a shakedown cruiz at full capacity to test those repairs, then go to the filling station and give the "dolly pardon" waitress 100$ and tell her we are comming...i'll go ahead and keep her for 2 or 3 years to make sure she's safe...good luck on those test and we are proud of you for being a good worker!

i actually ended up going today... the weather was too nice to study.
i headed towards the beau/deer island sandbar but didn't see any flags flyin' so i turned around. Even managed to fly a hull on the gusts. By the end of the day i had a flat cat trax tire and lost a rudder pin
also managed to get barbed in the foot by a catfish

surprised we didn't see you...we sailed to the coliseum around 2ish and cruized back. got out around noon and went to the bay but the winds were light(almost none) and variable...headed back down casino row when the wind picked up out of the s se. didn't see a single sailboat...nice day, just enough wind to keep us out. went to the fillin' station and they wew having a fishing rodeo, the jackie sherrel fishing rodeo, for all you mississippi state fans. ole coach was there hangin' with the locals...pretty cool. had an OUTSTANDING roastbeef poboy...love that place! scouted my "sailgating" spot in front of the coliseum for next sundays widespread panic show, free rides for hot chicks!
