Mast up storage near Miami?

Anyone know of a place to store a cat with the mast up near Miami for a reasonable price (less than $100/month)? -

Great price, but more than 60 miles from where I live... Any other suggestions? -

Check the Miami Yacht Club $117 month plus $1800 initation fee. 60 miles seems closer than before. I think there is a sailing club in the Grove but I am not sure of the name. Ft Lauderdale is $1200 a year but I believe there is a waiting list and it may be residents only. Delray Beach has no residency restrictions.
