I'm part of a University project that will modify a F18 to put hydrofoils and a wing on it .
I'm looking for a F-18 from any label in good shape and light for around 10 000$
Any interests?

There are several in the classifieds now. Some are a little above 10,000 but if you don't need the trailer and all the equipment you might negotiate a better price.
Let us know how the project goes, sounds fun.

There is a F-18HT for sale, HT standing for "high tech", meaning carbon hulls and carbon rig setup uni style (no jib). You couldn't race the boat in F-18 events as it is not class legal (too light and different rig), but given the modifications you are planning and the cost of the platform being a mere $5k, I think this would be the ticket.

No such thing as a F-18HT. It's a 18HT. No F.

Thanks for the links, I went all through, I contact some sellers.
But I want to contact as much seller as possible. Is someone know an other way than those forum and ads to find a F18 catamaran easily?
I will update your forum with our project. For now you can get a look at our website, still in construction but fonctional:
