Is it correc t for the line to go under the stainless bar at the bottom of the casing? I notice that there is a wheel inside the casing that does not have a line around it. This is my first Prindle and the adobe diagrams in the manual are pretty useless
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks - That helps - my rudders are almost impossible to raise and lower on the trailer so I think I need to replace the hardware to make sure it is all ok

It is normal not to be able to raise them when you are sitting on boat on trailer. Pete -

yeah, they will always be difficult to raise by the lines out of the water, dont yank on them or things can get bent. They are designed to work smoothly in the water. -
