Does anyone know how many feet of main sheet with 6:1 blocks it takes for the P-18? -

Used 45ft on mine (standard blocks) based on info from Salty Dog Marine and it's maybe 5ft short with traveler and main all out.

Bozo,
Consider using a 10 foot section of smaller diameter line tied to the mainsheet for the main traveler. It will feed better through the P18 cleats and fairlead. If your mainsheet is 7/16" use 5/16" for the traveler part. P18s were actually sold this way from most dealers. You can splice the ends together or use a water knot or double sheet bend. I use the latter.
