older Sol-Cat 18 Any Thoughts

Looking at a Sol Cat 18 the boat is 4 out of ten for condition. Just not sure what I should pay ? I already have a G Cat 18 -

i'd invest in a faster boat...sol cats are cool looking boats but your g-cat is probably faster...i have run across several sol cats while sailing and passed them quickly on my p-16. now if it was in good shape and a good deal, that may be different, but if you have to drop some modest coin to get her going, get a more modern/faster design.

Having had a few solcats I would guess depending on how sailable it is somewhere between $200 to $500
I agree with coastrat that if it's missing any of the major components, sails, tramp, rubbers the value falls off quickly
good boat for lots of people. I have had 4 on mine in open water.
