A 15" diameter HDPE corrogated black pipe with a smooth interior. A 20 ft section is on sale now at my local Menards for $148, and when you cut it into two 10' sections comes to $80 with tax. $8 per foot.

Not the best for wind resistance, but put the money you save into your gas tank!!
