Prindle 16  Bottom

  • Inject with resin. Put on latex gloves, drill 1/8" holes 2" apart, inject with plastic syringe (3 pumps at a time with West epoxy), wipe excess with paper towels. Should take no more than 45 minutes for 1' x 3' area. Next day fill divits with bondo (10 min.), sand an hour later (5 min). Cap't Vic has proper evaluation on cats. Tornado is a better boat, but P-16 is best single-hander. Pete
  • coastratLast weekend we had three of us on it(well over 500lbs crew, 50lbs beer)

Thin down the crew and stock up on beer! icon_lol

  • mnewman1987I picked up a prindle 16 for really cheap and have decided that It might be cheaper to replace the hulls than to do the needed soft spot repairs. Anyone know someone in the south east with hulls to sale? Or should I just part this bad boy out? I've got tramp multiple sails and all the other parts as far as i can see.

How cheap is cheap? I paid $700.00 with trailer for mine...
It had been sitting for years.
however with a refit and extensive polish , she's ship shape.
