Inject with resin. Put on latex gloves, drill 1/8" holes 2" apart, inject with plastic syringe (3 pumps at a time with West epoxy), wipe excess with paper towels. Should take no more than 45 minutes for 1' x 3' area. Next day fill divits with bondo (10 min.), sand an hour later (5 min). Cap't Vic has proper evaluation on cats. Tornado is a better boat, but P-16 is best single-hander. Pete -

How cheap is cheap? I paid $700.00 with trailer for mine...
It had been sitting for years.
however with a refit and extensive polish , she's ship shape.
