Looks like 7-8 to me and that Hobie is almost a submarine. They need a Prindle. I put my family on mine and e of us are fatties. Probably 1100 lbs. Didn't go anywhere fast but but we did it.

One 4th of July weekend, I took out 19 people on my 21SE for a night sail to watch the fireworks. Five adults and 14 youngsters.
