I can send you the dimensions stretched out on the lawn...downhauled would add 3"-4" to the dimension. These boats only used 4:1, you can't stretch them a foot.
Remember, an old sail will already be stretched permanently an inch or more over new measurement, so what I give you will not be new sail dimensions.
If you really want down hauled measurement, I'll have to tie a line to the headboard, run it up, down haul it, mark the line, then take it down & measure the line. I would say the possible error will be an inch.
