I talked to the owner Phyllis... picked it up.... both hulls pretty shot/soft but there's lotsa good hardware, mast/boom/sails/rudders/blocks/sheets are all recent and alot newer than the boat ( '74 )... trailer needs work..
What's wild is, there's NO wear on the bottoms from sliding up a beach and other than really soft ( like water was left in the hulls for years without draining ) with a good clean up they would be very nice.. would take a couple gallons of epoxy to harden up the hulls again, don't know if its worth it ??? after all its a 1974..
There's probably 10-15 prindles/hobies there at the Delta Sailing Assoc that look like they haven't been touched in a decade... some with the sails piled on the tramps rotting and baking away in the sun every day. Someone needs to post a list of the boats owners... i'm sure there's a lot of boats to be had for next to nothing there..

I would part it out, keep the trailer around for another good deal that pops up and may need a trailer.
