That does look like a "good deal". I don't see a trailer box, but boat and trailer for $850 sounds good to me.

For $850, that is a sweet deal, check the boat over, offer $800 cash, new bearings, new wheels from WalMart, clean hulls up with 800 grit waterpaper, clearcoat the hulls with either Poliglow or Red Max Pro #3 or Zep Wet Look Floor Finish, and sail it like you stole it.
Do get an official "Bill of Sale" from your DOR website, get both boat and trailer registered in your name and you are back in business.
