That looks like a PhotoShop version of Randy Smyths Nacra 6.0 with racks he used in a Worrell. I say Photoshopped only because of the lack of any graphics on the hulls or sails.
It's definitely an old pic if it's real, notice the lack of snuffer system on the pole. The early spin boats used deck bags to launch the spin.

Looks like the editing was done quiet well. The boat is for sure a modified one. Another larger image would have been great. :)

LOL..............no I'm a Pharmer......... my pharmaceutical days are long gone bye. My drug of choice these days is Vitamin I (ibuprofen) for those 20 kt, all day in the trap, days. The ad was in Fortune magazine and I just wanted to know a little more about the boat.
